    Before we talk about what to build, we’ll get clear on what’s actually frustrating you — who does what, what happens when, and where it gets messy.

    I’ll translate it

    I’ll turn that messy business problem into a clear plan: what’s included, what isn’t, timeline, build price, and monthly price.

  4. Step 4

    We agree on the scope

    Before anything gets built, we lock what’s in. Want something extra later? Totally fine — I’ll quote it first. No surprise invoices.

  5. Step 5

    I build it

    You work directly with me. I design and build the app, show progress along the way, and get it ready for your team.

  6. Step 6

    You start using it

    I host and maintain it. You pay monthly to keep using it — and I’m still here when the business changes.
